Expensive RESTOCKING FEE...... Water Leak Defect cost me half my refund (WTH)
Family love the slide but water leak was a big problem so we returned it in efforts to get another that didn't leak (defect at the hose connection ) and was only refunded half of what I paid for it for a Restocking Fee. This is bad Customer Service. I shouldn't have to loose my money for a defected product. I should be over compensated for the inconvenience to having to pack this thing back up and ship it back.

Deflated Sadness!
We bought it, blew it up and put it by in ground pool. the children were all 8 years and under, but the seam busted after 2 hours of swimming! Could not be sealed by us. A big loss!

Great Fun !
I bought this for my grandkids. They are 8 years old . It was so easy to set up my grandson did it himself. Everyone enjoyed going down the slide. It was so much fun !My only complaint is that it didn’t come packaged in a box. I received it in its original box and it was all smashed up. I was concerned that it was damaged, but thankfully it wasn’t. The whole side was torn apart.

Not worth the money- company does not help!!!
I started by emailing the company when my 4 & 9yr oldgrandchildren complained of hitting their bottom on the side of the inground pool when sliding. The company informed me that that would not happen if properly inflated- and sent pictures on how to inflate! It does happen- I have had many inflatable slides on the side of my 30x40 pool and NEVER had a problem with any of them! So, this is not my first rodeo with pool slides- I am very unhappy that the lady from the company was very adamant that this would not happen. The pool slide also has deflated many times and completely deflated yesterday- with discovering a split at the bottom of the side piece. I do not have anyone but 2- 9 year olds and 2- 4 year old using this slide. My son is trying to patch so I can’t send a picture of the totally deflated slide. DO NOT BUY THIS - you will be wasting money and the company will not help you try to solve the problem. I do notlike to waste my money on a product whose company does not uphold their product. It wouldnot let me submit without a star rating- that’s the only reason it has a 1.
