Does a Great Job!
Recently moved and had to patch some tears on the walls due to damage caused by double sided tape. Texture was a little off but very close to the popcorn feel the unit had. It’s definitely white and you can see a bit of a color difference since the landlord probably used off white to paint the unit. Super easy to use and still had a lot left. Keeping it as back up in case I need it again.

Good, easy to use product for small patches, not entire walls!
We had an unfortunate leak in our bathroom and we had to cut open our dry wall in order to repair the leak. After we installed the new dry wall section it was time for this “orange peel” texture. We choose this spray product since it looked the easiest, over the mix it yourself products. We followed the directions on the can and didn’t really have issues on the medium spray setting. While spraying this product onto our walls, it looked bad and we thought we were doing something wrong. This was luckily not the case! Once it dried it looked pretty good, not perfect. I would only recommend this product if you would be spraying it on patches, not if you will be doing a complete wall or ceiling.

Just What I Needed
We had a kitchen remodel that extended walls that were plaster with drywall. We decided to save money and do all the paint ourselves. We originally painted over the drywall without any finishing, but it was super obvious that it didn't match the existing plaster wall it extended from. I got this water based orange peel and used the light mode. After painting it looks almost exactly like the original plaster. I'm really happy with the result. Some notes, I followed other's directions and waited a few days to use and put in warm water for 10 minutes before using. I also vigoursly shook the can before and while using.I am giving 4 stars (too bad you can't give half stars because I would do 4.5). The reason is the nozzle mechanism was not easy to use. The trick was to press as hard as you can and I got a real smooth spray, but if your finger gets tired it lowers the pressure and you get spits. I found myself using two hands to maintain pressure. The pro version has a nicer looking nozzle, which should be standard. The spurt areas turned out okay because if you look at the walls of my 60 plus year old house, spots like that are not uncommon anyway with years of patching and spackling.
