Q: Can I use other tips from my cake decorating kits

I don´t think so! The tip is smaller and shorter than the little Wilton tips. However this pen is awesome, super usefull and easy to clean. My sister decorate thousand of cookies using it and it works great.

Q: How do you clean? Does plunger come out?

The plunger does come out so cleaning is easy. I used it once and threw it away. Frosting came out top and bottom.

Q: How easy is it to fill this pen? I bought a cheaper one for 9 yr old GD for chocolate and you have to top fill it will not "suck up" like a hypodermic

In my experience, it was not easy to fill. It does not "suck up" and has to be filled from the little hole at the top. I used this twice, then gave it away to the kids...look for an icing pen that accepts a deco bag
