No Gluten, No Problem Pizza

Excellent book well written and good pics etc. Worth buying

Bought this book for my mom who is gluten free and she hasn’t stopped raving about it! She loves the selection of recipes as well as the quality!

I have celiac, and have been gluten free since 2005. I miss good pizza so much it pains me at times, and I've gone through various books' recipes attempting to make anything resembling pizza for years, with very little success. This book is so simple*- you mix the dough and then bake- and so delicious, that my non-celiac partner said it tasted like the "real thing" as well. I'm excited to work my way through the book. (*I tend to keep approximately 1000 different gluten free flours on hand, so mixing my own is normal to me. That's the only complicated thing to it.)

Me gustó mucho que cada receta la explican muy bien y está lleno de ilustraciones bellísimas y también tiene información importante que en otros libros no se menciona, muy recomendable.

Great recipes. The crust tastes so much better than store bought ready made gluten free crust. There are a variety of pizza options.
