Perfect for the job
I was worried when these arrived that they wouldn't be strong enough but they are a tight fit and there's no way they are going anywhere. The roof box sat on perfectly and they definitely do the job.

Actually used it to convert a regular boat trailer into a 2 kayak trailer by putting these across the bunks and installing my roof rack J-hooks on them.Works perfectly and don't have to lift my big heavy fishing kayaks over head to put on the roof of a small SUV.
