Supreme Gear Self Warming, Blood Circulation Bamboo Knee Brace with Gel Pad, Medium

I like these knee braces. They are comfortable and flexible. I use them for work since I have bad knees and a very physical job, and my knees are usually in pain when I get off work. I wear them the whole day and have no pain in my knees at all, and I feel great at the end of my work shift. I even continue to wear them when I get home, since they are so comfortable I usually don't take them off. I even sleep in them sometimes.I only have two issues with them. First, is that they tend to slide down while I'm working, since the job is physical, I do a large range of motions, and they will tend to slide. But, they slide mostly towards the last few hours of the shift, and I do think it's mostly due to how my legs are shaped and how I move at work.My second issue is the gel pad. I don't use it, and don't really need it. But, I don't know what to do with it or how to use it since it is just a loose gel pad. My last knee brace had the gel pad in the brace, so when you slide it on, the gel is already there. This one is different, but with the amount of compression and comfort, I don't need the gel pad even with my bad knees. I did use them once while I was sleeping and it felt great, I just slid the gel pad under the brace right on to my knee. But, once I stood up while it was in there, it hurt my knee a little as it prevented my knee from moving.Overall, this thing is awesome, and is good for anyone with knee pains or bad knees. Use the gel pads if you like, but they are great without them.

This is actually really comfortable to wear, but the gel pad is not sewn in, and there isn't a pocket to hold it, which I thought was a little weird. That being said, the gel pad stays in place once situated between the knee and sleeve. I purchased this after undergoing a knee scope, as I occasionally need to kneel, and still feel some discomfort at full flex, or when my weight is displaced on my affected knee. Works well!

Went with the XL and it's the best fit I've had for a sleeve with my larger quads, put it on soon as I received it and have been enjoying it since. It passes the bulk of my calve when lined up on the patella. Side supports are helpful but don't overly protrude, Ordered a second one immediately .

Could have fit a little. Better maybe an xxl my thigh is huge just a little snug around the back top of the back of my knee lower back thigh almost but I'm gonna sing it give it a try thank you

I was a little disappointed because it wasn't like the one I currently had but I gave it a try and found I loved it better than my old one. It is much more comfortable and supports my knee better. I thought the gel pad would be part of the brace (cushioning the knee cap) like my old one but found with this one I really didn't need it. I am very satisfied with this product.

While this does work well for compression, if you have large thighs it'll roll down almost immediately, which can be painful.

Good purchase. It is true to size. It is comfortable and breathable yet provides good support. I use it to support my knee for walking and while cycling. It does slid a bit down at the end of the day but works great.
