EASYOWN 15 inch Digital Photo & HD Video (1080p) Frame with 16GB Built-in Memory(White)

Don't buy! not worth the money! Im returning this one!1) The owners book is worthless! I'm an IT professional and I find the book hard to follow, additionally, it does not cover all points of the frame, frankly its incomplete, left me guessing or googling the information.2) This is my second frame and I needed it do be functional and display as it is intended, did not fulfill the requirements.3) Menu options and how they are displayed by means of the remote control, is not very good, something i would expect from a first generation frame.4) I wanted to wall mount the frame, not possible without purchasing an additional mount as well as four screws, which are not provided and i don't know the size of as that is not provided as well.5) This frame was purchased to reflect a vacation trip, I wanted the images to display in sequence, no matter what it did it would not do this function.6) I refuse to extensively google how to's on an item that costs this much, based on this frame, I will cross "Easy Own" items of my list, junky!.**Don't waste your time, money and expectations; by-pass this item and go to the next**

I had to return the Frame. After 15 min or so the Frame would shut down. Blank screen, no response to remote. Locked up. I was really disappointed - when the Frame was working the picture display was beautiful.

Not even 6 weeks old and keeps freezing all the time, expect more for how much it cost. Was a Christmas present for my wife, she already had a smaller photo frame, which she loved, but said she would love to have a bigger one, so went with this one, but have to keep resetting it due to it freezing when changing photo's, also even though re did the photo's to png's like recommended, still get the blue circle with line through on some photo's, the pictures worked fine on the old frame but not on this one, very disappointing, would highly not recommend not wasting money on this brand.

1st no thumb memory drive included. 2nd no customer support. some pictures show as 🚫. 3rd instruction book a joke.

Worked for 10 minutes then over heated stopped working. Returned.
