I take these every night with food because they are very strong they leave a very gross aftertaste. Definitely take them with food but it does suppress hunger. Capsules are very extremely large.

Usually ACV has a taste that is difficult for me to bypass. However, this manufacture dealt with that taste not being as strong. Another plus is that this vitamin has all 3 ingredients in one: ginger, turmeric, and ACV. Usually you have to purchase 3 separate products to obtain what’s needed. I also think it's a plus that the capsules are vegetable based…very forward thinking. One thing, it does give off the color of the capsules, I believe driven from the turmeric. You can see the color also rubbing off on the cotton container in the bottle. Just a note to be careful with it getting on anything.

These were amazing! I could not believe how fast they started working! I decided to try them for my back pain and because I have psoriasis and was hoping they would help with the inflammation. I love that it is made with all natural ingredients and they are easy to swallow. I drink apple cider vinegar but it has an after taste with this product I don’t get that, plus added benefits of the turmeric and ginger.

The pills help with my immune system. When I wasn’t feeling well and these pills put me back into good spirits. I also have sore muscles from working out and i feel my body recovering from soreness. Highly recommend

This product had no after taste and it was easy to swallow. I love the fact that it contains everything in one pill that I need. I felt the effect if the pill in about 2 days. My swelling was reduced significantly.

I usually like to juice ginger and turmeric. However, it is extremely messy. I no longer have to deal with that since I found this product.
