They sent me the wrong product, I got nitraflex instead of pmp so I gave it to my fiancé.But in regards to PMP, its one of my favorite pre workouts. I used to take Jack3d in high school when I weight lifted. It was awesome so I figured I would give pmp a try since its from the same maker.I would crash terribly on c4 from cellucor, with pmp it gives you the focus and drive without the brutal crash. You slowly come down and I am always able to get a great workout in prior to this happening. I love redline but this is a better price and I like the energy better than when I get from redline.My fiancé also loves pmp, he is taking the nitraflex now but the flavor isn't as good as the pmp.

I do enjoy the PMP stim free products. I was switching flavors, so I ordered the raspberry lemonade and checked the ingredients listing to make sure I was getting the stim free version. Unfortunately I was sent a can that did have caffeine. Still a good product, but make sure you double check what they send to you

I`ve tried this one after having used Nitroflex. I`ve learned not to take any additional caffeine before or after taking PMP because it gives me the jitters. I personally did not like the taste of Raspberry, it tastes kinda like medicine. Some ppl might like it but I didnt. This product gives you goog energy and good pumps. I recommend it for intermediate users. I prefer all GAT pre workouts over some other brands. These ones have not dissapointed me.

I purchased this product with high hopes and expected amazing results but was rather let down. the Taste is better than other pre-workout supplements, but the reason for purchasing isn't the taste. I've tried MANY workout supplements and have developed a HIGH tolerance to most. After doing some research i found this product and other are claimed to have high energy and great results and I read many reviews that compelled me to purchase. Sad to say I won't be restocking this in my cabinet and may suggest it to people who are barely getting into supplements or are intermediates to workout supplements.

This is one of my favorite preworkouts because of two big reasons!It's not loaded down with caffeine and it gives you a consistent pump! If you want more energy nitraflex is the way to go (as far as GAT supps go), but PMP always helps me chase a great pump and I don't ever crash!
