I am on my feet a minimum of 11 hrs a day. I also have flat feet. So obviously plantar fasciitis is an issue. I mean the pain was so bad I would feel like I should crawl when I first wake up in the morning. After a feet of using these inserts. I saw a HUGE difference. Best decision ever.

Unlike many insoles that have just foam or gel, these orthotics provide firm, harder plastic arch supports, which are necessary to keep the foot in proper alignment. They do include gel heal padding which is also necessary to cushion when walking properly during outdoor exercise.I installed these into Easy Spirits tennis shoes, which came with absolutely no arch or heal support, and replaced the insoles with these orthotics. They upgraded the almost-returned shoes into actual usable walking shoes.As an older woman with knee and hip issues from years of tennis and other aerobic sport activities, I ordered wider shoes and larger orthotics that I trimmed to size, and wear thick socks to enhance the padding effect. I have yet to find a quality "sport" shoe with a perfect insole. Depending on your needs, all shoes can be good, if you order the correct size and orthotics, and wear the right socks.

The arch support cracked and broke apart in less than a month! Terrible insoles...

It feels like I’m always buying Insoles because I wear different types of tennis shoes for different types of activities. I have high arches and without proper support I get knee injuries. These insoles give me really good support and fit perfectly in my Saucony size 9 tennis shoes one I took out the saucony insole. I saw other reviews that states the insoles squeaked when walking, but I do not have any squeaking at all. Perhaps it’s because I’m using these insoles in tennis shoes. I’m wondering if the perfect size fit is also important to prevent friction that would cause squeaking. I recommend these insoles.

Love these inserts I have flat feet and a fallen arch. These make the long walks very comfortable and provide support snd stability. Worth every cent.

I have all the problems with my feet that you have; diabetic neuropathy, hammer toes, plantar fasciitis, Morton's neuroma, high arches, plus a keloid scar from metatarsal to heel. I've spent many dollars on shoes and custom made orthotics. So I didn't really hesitate to invest in these inserts. But they are uncomfortable, not just when first adjusting to them but still, after several weeks of wear. You probably have the same issues- your feet hurt, then your knees, then hips and back. Miserable!

I went to have my prescription filled for new orthotics when the specialist told me to try these first. I figured “what’s to lose?” He sat me down and looked these up on Amazon. I ordered them right there in his office. They came a few days later. I’ve been wearing them ever since. That was several months ago. I’m on my feet all day long at work and no longer have the pain and discomfort that drove me to the podiatrist in the first place! A lot cheaper than $400+ orthotics!

I work in fast food and standing on concrete for 9 hours a day with no break litterally had me limping after work. All of my family has had severe foot pain and I'm no different a few hours without this insole and the bottom of my foot is in excruciating pain. I've tried every cheap air foam and gel insoles even stacking multiple of them just to make my feet feel a tiny bit better. I thought the hard plastic would hurt my feet but it is exactly the kind of support my feet needed now after my 9 hour shifts there is minimal pain that goes away in 20 mins compared to me being crippled until the next day because I could barley walk. If you have high arches this is the best insole I've ever tried they are seriously life changing and I highly highly recommend
