Waste of money
I tried to return this product, because it is really flimsy!! For the money, it is absolutely not worth it. Worst of all, they do not do returns.

Plastic
It is ok and does the job, but had to add some tape to the nub on the end to stop it from sliding all over. Somewhat small to others I’ve seen.

Worked decently until it snapped
I bought this in September of 2017 after seeing the episode air on Shark Tank. For the first month, I used it somewhat frequently as it was a novel product. Then, the novelty wore off and I stopped using it for about a year when I found it in my room again. I started using it again, and it provided moderate pain relief. It was not as good as the accupressure stick from my physical therapist's office, but the Qflex is more flexible and easier for an older person to use it as they have to apply less pressure.Today, I was using it normally, at the computer chair, like I usually do (sometimes standing, too), and it just snapped. There was a loud crack that made my ear ring, and the top part just flew off and slammed into my door making a loud bang. I still can't find the pointy end. I'll keep looking for it.I am going to contact the company and see if they can help out, but I am sure I am out of the warranty period at this point.I will edit my review if they respond.I would have originally rated this as a 3 star product. At $25, it's just a bit too expensive for the performance you get out of it. At $15, I think this would be a hands down 5 star product.I took off a star because it snapped after about 1 year 1 month of actual usage.EDIT: Turns out this review is hidden by sensitivity filter, although I am not sure why. Customer service was never responsive to my inquiry about the product breaking, and I even reached out to them outside of Amazon. Not pleased at all.
