First let me say that I wrote to the company about my concerns regarding this case thinking maybe I just bought a defective one but I never received a response so here is my experience with this case....First the case itself is cheap. It's a hard plastic offering no real protection for your phone for drops or even from being scratched by the case itself. It does not fit together well and the button placement is off so it's difficult to take screen shots and turn off your phone.Second...the battery is supposed to let your phone charge first and then charge the case. This only happens occasionally. I have set my phone charging many times and gone to sleep only to wake up with a dead phone with a charged case. Not good if you rely on your phone during the night like I do!Third...so the idea is when your battery on your phone is low you can push the button on the case and it will begin charging the phone. Yea but this one will charge for a few minutes then stop..push the button again...charges for a few then stops!!!!! Ugh.My phone was beginning to drain more throughout the day so thought this was a great solution BUT now my battery is so screwed up it hardly goes half my morning!!!! This case has killed my phone battery!!DO NOT BUY THIS CASE

The battery charging case for my phone is really nice aesthetically but when you look closer at the case, the case is actually a pretty cheaply made plastic put together to create this case. However, this does not affect the function or the purpose of this case at all. I got the blue color of the case and the color is a really nice basic shade of blue. There are two pieces that come together when it is put on your phone and the top piece is a piece that is not really necessary for the case to function but it completes the look of the case for sure. When I first put on the case on the iPhone, the case did make it a little hard for me to put on but after several uses, the case really fits my iPhone. The case also allows bypass charging so that the case is able to charge your phone but at the same time get charged by an external power supply. There is also a bar of lights that allows the user to know how much of a charge the power case has left over. The silver round button that is near the display of lights on the back of the case is the button that turns on the power case and turns off the case as well.After using the case for an extended period of time, I have discovered that the case is also pretty slippery as well since the phone is pretty big and the cheap plastic makes it that much more slippery. The case also makes the phone significantly more bulky and it has a bulk that is pretty similar to the traditional main stream cell phone charging cases. There are not any leg stands that allow the battery phone case to have some leverage so over time there will be a significant amount of scratches that accumulate.* I was provided this product in exchange for an honest review*

Pros: Uses lightning cable to charge(biggest pro! no need for another type of cable) Option to charge both the case and phone at the same time. Projects speaker sound toward you. Not heavy. Smooth rich feel. Easy to slide on/off. Battery is in bottom portion(if you loose the top section or it breaks, it's still usable). Kickstand actually works.Cons: takes long to charge(I just plug in overnight, but trying to quick charge for 30 min doesn't change much). No real front lip protection (I recommend a screen protector which I have). The smooth finish can be slippery (I rubbed with alcohol to make it less slippery and stuck velvet stickers on a few strategic spots). The finish will also scratch easier when dropped(I dropped mine from about 3' and it did leave a scratch but the case held together and protected my phone perfect) Side volume buttons and silent switch are recessed which makes it tricky to silence or push while in your pocket.Overall I like this case and would recommend.

My husband is always running out of battery when we are out for the day so I got him this!! It charges quickly. Matches his phone. Easy to put together with phone. The battery doubled his usage. He was very happy at the end of the day at work his phone wasn't dead. According to him the only bad things are... He usually uses a heavy duty well protective case with screen protectors built in it. This one if he drips the phone he doesn't fell too secure. With no screen protector and not shock resistant casing. He is happy he had the choice to try it and will use it for our long days out.I received this at a discounted rate in exchange for an honest unbiased review.
