Q: How many bolts does it come with the rubber flap?

It came with about a dozen 1/4 - 20, 3/4 long bolts and flat washers plus lock nuts. They were too small for my Glaser plow blade . I used 8, 3/8 bolts, washers and nuts

Q: How thick is this item?

It’s under 1/4 inch thick. With recent 10 inches of snow it stayed in position it hardly flexed back, and more importantly, no matter how much snow collected, it never went over the top.

Q: Some say pre-drilled holes in flap...others say none. Can manufacturer please verify which is correct? Thanks

Yes, fit my 66” glacier plow, I had to drill holes in material to align with predrilled holes in plow.

Q: What is the total length of this?

It's approximately 72 inches long, you will have to drill holes along the top of your plow as well as this rubber edge to fit your plow, I suggest taking you time ,measure twice mark well. I chose to leave an extra 5 inches of rubber on both sides of the plow to guide away the excess snow that flows atop when the plow is at an angle. Keep sun light away from rubber to extend its work life it should last you a good 10 winter seasons.
