I got this for my teenager who loves bright and brilliant colors. She's new to makeup, and this is very beginner-friendly. It didn't come with any makeup brushes/applicators but she just got some from a local store. She says it's very easy to use, and she ADORES the colors. I've seen the colors on her and they are SO VIVID. I was relieved since so many times they look bright in the photo but then aren't in real life but these ARE. The color is AMAZING and BEAUTIFUL. The only "down side" is that it doesn't stay very well. The slightly rub or touch, and it smears. If you use it on your eyelids, of course, it's going to quickly wipe away anywhere that skin touches so you have to touch it up. It's more to wear to an event or photos where you need bright colors than a durable, all-day thing. On the bright side, it does wipe away very easily come day's end. All in all, I recommend for anybody who is starting out, loves bright colors, but doesn't need it to last through the long wear and tear of a working day.

I thought because the colors were so vibrant in the palette that it would work on my medium color skin tone but it did not work, even with eyeshadow primer

Very pigmented product. Stays on all day as long as you apply a primer. Goes on easy and really pops. Recommend this pallet, so fun and get compliments all the time.

This was a great little eye shadow PALLETTE that had the 3 colors I needed for an event. Just be sure to use a good eyelid primer and the color will go on lovely. It builds well, so don't be scared to put on more than one layer to bring out the bold color pop!
