Q: 1 of 2 arrived shattered. how do i go about receiving a 50% refund? i don’t want to return a box with broken glass. i have take. a picture.

Go here https://www.amazon.com/hz/contact-us/foresight/hub to talk to Amazon customer service chat. Explain what happened and they will probably give you a full refund. I've had a couple of glass items arrive broken and Amazon was really great about issuing a refund.

Q: Is this jar make in the USA? Stamped on bottom of glass?

There are no markings on the bottom of the glass.

Q: I need a shaker for brown sugar not white sugar. Will this shaker do the job?

yes but I don't recommend it for brown sugar - brown sugar absorbs moisture quickly and will lump on you. Brown sugar requires a tight seal.

Q: Do you have a lid with a bigger dispensing hole? I want to use one for raw sugar, but, the larger crystal size it pours very slow.

you'll have the same problem with these.
