Patricia Urquiola: Time to Make a Book Hardcover – Big Book, 29 October 2013

I thought the book meshed well with the personality of Patricia Urquiola. I love the cover and the title of the book. I believe the forward from Murray Moss embodied who Patricia is. The photography was fabulous. The variations of the content was executed correctly grasping all of her work. The book shows a wonderful marriage of form and function. The book helps me understand her execution and the message is she sending out.

AMAZING BOOK

As mentioned by another reviewer, the book is not well designed. Very disappointing - will return. Content is thin. The idea to dog ear the page for each new chapter is cute — but the folded pages leave an impression on multiple pages. Bad idea. I did not find the book illuminating or attractive, esp. given the subject.

The content is no doubt beautiful. The book itself looks like it never made it to quality control. Pages folded in half, all pages sticking together at bottom due to print on edge. Poorly bound, cover has left page edges exposed on one side. Cloth covering book looks horrendous. Exposed edges, arrived damaged. Sooo disappointed as I pre ordered and waited for ages for it to arrive. Expected more considering its urquiola.

The contents are just a little bit more than you can find surfing on internet.Beautiful pics, but that's all.
