Exactly as described
Install can be a little time consuming depending on where your Horns are located. On a 2005 dodge ram 2500 cummins they are in the Driver's wheel well and it requires removing the inner fender liner. The sound is loud but the tone is a little weak. For $25 I'm not going to complain.

Epic sound for my Japanese car!
Epic sound. Somewhat awkward to install behind the grill. I used the OEM wiring and relay, so it was easy to wire. Unfortunately, installation location led to it collecting water, and eventually shorting out. It continued to short itself. I intend to replace with another one.

One is loud. 2 is crazy. 🤪
I saw a review video where a guy used both and it seemed loud. When the package came in my technician hooked it up to a battery so I could hear it. Yeah, it’s louder than the current Hummer horn by far . If it wasn’t louder I was going to return it. It’s plenty loud to get their attention !!I’m giving the second one to my BF for Christmas for his Honda commuter car cuz that horn is only as loud as yelling out the window! Definitely worth the purchase! It’s easy to hook up.

It last three months only
The media could not be loaded. It worked fine for almost 4 mounts. It was loud and noticeable. See video. Now it sounds like a sick duck, and for worse matters I had to pay again to remove that piece of junk. The return window is closed so I lost my money all around

Works great. For awhile
My husband loves this horn and has it on his duramax. It's worked for a bit over a year. However innthe last 6 mknths, he has had issues with one side of the horn not working on and off. It finally quit for good. Looking for a replacement. Pros are its cheap and easy install. Cons, doesn't seem to hold up very long and quality may be an issue.

Terrific upgrade to ANY stock horn!
Not much to complain about here! I have three of these in service in my vehicles and am very pleased. Much louder than any stock horn. Consider this a small investment in safety. You can find "Y" adapters for the power hookup on Amazon for your specific vehicle brand, so installation is pretty much plug and play. On my 2019 RAV4 I simply moved one of the two factory horns and combined them on one mounting bracket, then installed this on the empty bracket and wired them up. The difference is major. For the electrically savvy, you may want to consider my installation method: I power the relay for the thing from the accessory buss (the accessory wire that is only on when the car is on or you have the key in "acc" mode), that way this really loud horn only works when the car is ON. Why, you ask, is this important? Because when the car security alarm decides to go off at two in the A.M., you might be happier if the trumpet of God isn't helping it out! I also put a switch on that wire just because I could, but I almost never turn it off, unless I'm outside someone's house and just want to make a quick "toot" without scaring the neighborhood. Combine this with a set of Wolo "Long Horns" (I've done it) and you get some serious scary noise!
