I use to buy Turmeric and Berberine separate until I found this which made it easier to take one capsule instead of 2 capsules 3x a day. I absolutely love this stuff, it does wonders with the pain in my knee from arthritis and it also help keep my blood sugar level good so good that I only go see my endocrinologist once a year instead of every 3 months, I am disappointed to see that they are out of stock but I guess that goes to show it is selling out because it is some good stuff but don’t take my word alone try it for yourself.

I find it to be a very good product with full explanation of each ingredient. Even though I was looking solely for Berberine all the other supplements included are also things I want to be taking. I wanted the Bereberine for my blood pressure and the other things for my liver and heart. The last two days my blood pressure has been down about 5 points and I'm hoping this will continue.
