Liboer Battery Base for Dot 3rd Gen Battery Pack Portable Charger for Dot 3rd Back up Not Include The Speaker(Black 10400mah)

My 100 year old home has no outlets in the bathroom so this battery was perfect to power my echo to play Spotify. The charge lasts for hours. I am really going to enjoy having my Echo outside this summer.

First of all, this battery base works. If you need to eliminate the cord for your Echo Dot (we did — there’s only one outlet in our bathroom) then this does the job. However, the item description boasts 3 hours to charge, 8 hours of play time, and 25 hours of standby time. In reality, we probably get 3 hours of play time and 8 hours of standby time. We have to turn it off in between uses to get a few days out of one charge.

The media could not be loaded.  I dont like how I've had this charging almost two days and it has yet to reach past two dots I am not even using it while it charges ?

Great product, makes it so easy to use my Echo dot speakers anywhere inside and outside my home and yard. Battery pack holds a super long charge, I have used it all day 6-8 hrs and have not run out of charge. If you like to use your smart speaker outside without the hassel of pluging it in, this battery pack is the best, so convenient.

So far, it seems to last fairly close to the rated 16 hours with a couple of hours (about 4) while remaining idle most of the time. I've been using it to play music for my nieces and nephews (they like to listen to music and dance) and while I'm showering (of course not in the shower with me! I have it sitting on the counter away from water). I haven't benchmarked on long how it last while playing music continuously, but it does seem to last at least 12 hours. Also, having the audio jack unblocked is a plus too which was the main reason why I got this power bank instead of the GGMMD3 one!--Edit--I took a star off because one of the LED lights that indicates its battery life went out.Now one caveat I have is that it blocks about 2/3rds of the Echo's lighting ring at the top, which makes it hard to gauge how loud the volume is (usually you can see what volume level you're at by the lighting ring on top of the Echo). Additionally, the power plug isn't angled, so I can't have the speaker closely pressed against the wall without bending the cable; also because of it not being angled it makes the cable bend, which can result in problems as the power bank ages. Also, the base's battery life indicator is really hard to see (even in a dark room), maybe either a larger indicator or use white LEDs instead of blue ones would be niceOverall, the base does what it's suppose to do and it's pretty good! Although be mindful of the caveats I've mentioned. Would also love to see the seller take these caveats into consideration and improve on the product!

I wanted this primarily as a battery backup for my dot with clock I use as an alarm clock. We have has a few storms resulting in power outages and without power the dots alarm will obviously not go off. (No internet required as long as the alarm was set when the internet was available)The battery lights are so bright it bothers my wife and I when going g to bed. I have placed a piece of tape over them and above them since the case is translucent. Really looks bad buyt at least it dims the light a bit.Ideally the lights would default to off unless you were checking the charge level, or maybe just make them much dimmer.I almost returned it, but couldn't find one that didn't appear to have the same issue.

I have bought a few of these batteries. This one works but the connection from the battery to the Dot is touchy. If I leave it alone it works ok but if I move it the Dot will power cycle. Not sure if I want to return it and try my luck with yet another brand or just live with it. I think that all of these batteries are just ok.

I just opened the box and there are no instructions on how to connect this to the echo dot. I figured it out but now a solid blue line is on my echo dot and not sure if it is charging or not. So far not so sure I will keep this.

Seems to work good, lasts a long time. Only slight problem is that because it surrounds most of the speaker, get some vibration depending on the volume and the sounds that are playing.

I bought mine this past summer. I love it. My daughter saw mine and wanted one. The newer model last twice as long on a full charge. This is great.

Makes listening to the Echo as simple as pie. Fully charged, this will play the device longer than I am willing to sit outside. Recommended.

Fonctionne bien bonne autonomie et s'ajuste parfaitement a mon Echo Dot. Pas trop lourd.
