New screws
Going to save everyone a lot of time on the cons of this product and how to avoid the issues (frustration/patching drywall) we went through. Follow these steps and you’ll be happy with the results.Buy flush sinks, can’t stick out from the wall at all. Do not use the screw it comes with, they are too small for the hole in the center of the hook and because of this the hook will spin and not stay in place. Buy a bigger one (not sure the size as we just used loose randoms) but screw that head is large and body is fatter. This keeps the hook in place once mount as it doesn’t have any wiggle room.

Don’t buy it.
Great concept. Look great on wall. Unfortunately when you actually then hang a coat on the hook it turns downwards. Can reposition back to original place but should not have to. Not a fan. Not a study product

the wall plugs that come with them are garbage, but the product and its end result are beautiful! I have purchased three packs.
