This was purchased to allow us to encode our own loyalty cards for use with a POS system. It is simple, fast, and it works! I could not be happier at the success we have had with it. It is also quite scary just how easily it can read and honestly clone any form of card with a magnetic stripe. If you do purchase this item, please ensure you keep it somewhere it can not be abused as it would be so easy to do so.

I am a very tech savvy person. With that being said, I got the software installed fine (both the driver for the device and the writing software. After I wrote the data to the card, I could not get it to read in word or notepad. I could get the software to read it, but it had an extra character before and after the data. Piece of junk.

Software is a bit dated but works perfectly on Windows 10. Can read and write up to 3 channel magnetic cards. Comes with a generous amount of blank cards as well.

I'm not able to get it to work. The CD provided was blank. I googled the product name MSR606 and downloaded the USB driver for it but I get an error "Not Find Reader/Writer!" and no options are available to me.

Does its job reliably so far. Interfaced with the membership enrollment software without any problems.
