USA Pans Purpose Roasting and Lasagna Pan with Lid, Deep Dish

I was extremely excited when I made my first pan of lasagna in this pan and it fit the noodles perfectly. I purchased two of these. A few weeks after using these pans the first time, I bought two more boxes of noodles to make 2 pans of lasagna for a memorial service and realized they pasta company shrunk their noodles and now the pans are a bit too long. I’m going to try a different brand of lasagna noodles next time. These pans are amazing, the lasagna came out perfectly, clean-up was soooo easy it was unreal. I’m very pleased with my purchase. I love that they came with lids.

Great, tall, straight walled lasagna pan. My only complaint is that it is wider and longer than I expected. I made three lasagnas in it so far and it is very easy to clean. It is a great height so I can do a full four layer lasagna. The sides a very straight which is necessary when doing lasagna. My only complaint is that the pan is longer than a full length noodle, so I have to layer the noodles the short way and because it is larger than my other pan, I have to cook a box and a half of noodles.

This pan has solved our boil over issues when cooking lasagna. I wish it came with a suggested lasagna recipe as we are still adapting our old recipe for the larger pan size. Now our sauce is too shallow to cover the top layer of pasta. This is not the pan's fault. We also appreciate the tight fitting plastic lid. We can store the lasagna outside, in the winter, without fear of the cats getting into the pan. It would be wonderful if the lid was metal so we could use it to cover the pan of lasagna instead of aluminum foil. Oh well.

The pan came shipped without any packaging indicating what brand or make it was. The plastic lid was a little scuffed because they must just ship them bulk to Amazon. It would be nice if they had minimal packaging of some type to protect the product during shipping.There was no residue on the pan that other have complained about. I tried it out with macaroni and cheese and the non-stick surface does make cleanup relatively easy. The size is great for cooking at scale, which saves time and money.

This roasting/baking pan is an AMAZING value. I used it to roast vegetables at high heat, and it didn't warp at all. After that, it cleaned up so easily, you would have thought it had a non-stick coating. Having its own plastic cover is very convenient, too. And it's a pleasure to be able to buy a quality product that was made in the U.S. I must admit I was surprised at how deep it is -- guess I missed the "deep dish" part of the title :-). It takes up a bit of cupboard space, but I won't have to worry about lasagna bubbling over the side. A very versatile pan, especially if you're cooking for a crowd. I don't write enthusiastic reviews very often, but this product has my highest recommendation.
