Bought for fiancée for Christmas so not sure if smell yet.I seen a couple negative reviews on here so I did open the box to check it out before gifting it. Product was delivered on time, undamaged, and with all contents included in description.

Im a very avid incense user. I’ve used backflow burners before. They’re super fun. This one is adorable with the koi in the pond.I see some reviews about the smell; this is because the cones all come in one bag. For anyone who doesn’t use incense a lot— you need to keep the scents separate. They will end up blending together in one same place. So always keep the incense scents in their own separate containers when not burning. Your option with the ones that come are to burn them because you paid for them, or throw them out and buy other cones or sticks that are definitely separated by scent.The burner comes with a bag of backflow cones, incense sticks (that look odd to me), tweezer tool, and funnel. The funnel is made of a metal and is used to put in/on the hole for the cones. This is so the resin burner is not affected by the burning cone. The extra length from the shaft of the funnel will also help the smoke flow.So hopefully this review helps some people.
