These made wonderfully realistic chocolate seashells for a wedding. I first "painted" dark chocolate and tinted white chocolate across the ridges and then filled the remainder in with white chocolate. The chocolates released easily, and the mold cleaned up well. The ridges are deep enough to produce well detailed pieces.
