I cannot say enough about this light. It works so well. Is easy to install and is programmable to enhance the room.I highly recommend this light.

I got this to replace the ceiling fan in the loft. We purchased a VR system for XMAS and when it was being used it was easy to reach up and hit the ceiling fan. This light solved that problem by being only a couple inches deep. The kids like the changing color temps, as they like the cool white while i prefer the warm white. Also, the night light feature is just the right amount of light in the evening if someone is watching a movie or TV. Install was very simple, just match the wires up, it has a couple of mounting holes for different size ceiling plates and its light weight so very easy to do it with one person.

Pros:* So far, light functions well (maximum brightness setting is decent).* Using the remote, you can adjust the light brightness and “warmth.”* Light remembers last brightness and warmth settings, so you don’t necessarily need to use the remote every time.* Light is not heavy, simplifying installation.* Remote comes with a wall mount.Cons:* As noted by others, first impression is that light looks a bit “cheap” due to dull silver paint on plastic (perhaps a more metallic silver paint would improve this). However, I don’t really notice this after installation (overall, it looks fine).* Strangely, wires do not exit through the center of the light base/exit point for wires is offset. Therefore, wires end up compressed between light and ceiling or wall upon installation (however, wires are fairly thin).* I am concerned about the need for a light remote control as batteries tend to leak over time.* LEDs are permanent/cannot easily be replaced if one fails (though there are many small LEDs in this light/LEDs generally have excellent longevity).I cannot speak to longevity of the light as it was just installed. Time will tell.I did not experience the light colors changing automatically when you turn it on as reported by others: the light I received remembers the last brightness/“warmth” setting.

I received this LED light about a week ago. I tested it first and the light looked amazing. Then I installed it on the ceiling of my living room. The light is sleek and lightweight, easy to be installed. I ordered the silver edge one because it matches our living room better. We’ve been using it and we all love it. Even we are cooking in the kitchen, we can easily dim or turn off the light with the control nearby. Also, it’s bright enough to lighten the whole living room and with the control I can increase/decrease the brightness. I would recommend this LED living room light.

A friend installed the two lights we ordered, on our vaulted kitchen ceiling. I had no real idea if we would prefer the warm light or the white light, so this was a no brainer and meets every possibility and need. We couldn't go wrong with these lights.We have used all the options successfully, depending on the time of day or who is in the room (including one who suffers from migraines and prefers the warm light over the extra bright ones at night.) There even is a nightlight option, and the remote is so handy!UPDATE - DECEMBER 22,2020:We still love these lights, they work great, and we would order them again. It was such a great investment.

I love the light with remote control, but broke after two weeks! I saw it just went off and can't turn on anymore, probably from the driver,it still under 1 month, so I will return to get a refund and order again to see what happen..**updated 15minutes later, I was about to take it off from the ceiling and return, I realized there was a black oxide spot on the lamp connection wire since this lamp has a tiny wire compare the home output wire, I scratch it and put it back, it works again!so summaryFor customer:Make sure to strip the wire long enough before connect it, to gain more surface for electricity which I will do later.For seller or factory:I think it would be nice if you guys can change to a bigger size for the connection port.just my2cents

Absolutely LOVE this ceiling fixture. It’s wide and only four inches from the ceiling to bottom edge. Very easy to install. Took maybe ten minutes. Very light weight, probably due to the wired in LED bulbs. Love the remote control which allows light to display daylight, warm light and a night light. With all levels there is a lovely glow coming from top rim. Very attractive. Would absolutely buy again and wholeheartedly recommend to anyone looking for a a versatile ceiling fixture. Thanks

I absolutely love the light brightness, adjustibility, and the remote. Easy to install one. Liked it so much I bought 2. Programming a second was a challenge since my lighting isn't on a switch and both on same breaker. Had to disassemble after complete to cycle power on just one light to program remote. Instructions for that not very clear. Rated at three stars because less than a year after purchase, the outer ring fell to the floor and broke on impact. Looks like it was held on by three dots of adhesive.

For the price, this is simple and elegant model to keep on a small to medium room. The brightness is not over powering.
