This book was hands down the best one I have read thus far. It is the encyclopedia for buying a property, renting it (Managing it) and Profiting from it. Easy to read, step by the guide for you know matter how new you are to investing in real estate or how advanced you are. Bryan goes over real estate terms, property evaluations, Sample LOI's, contracts, etc. He covers his Seota process (His due diligence process). Bryan is very detailed and methodical in his approach. You can tell this isn't his first rodeo, and he doesn't hold anything back, he keeps no secrets. He gives you action lists, inspection lists, covers loan types, property types, , strategies for all, and even how to manage the property. From prepping the property, to screening, to move in, legalities, inspections, evictions, move outs, protecting your assets, and how to grow them, etc.Again, this book is the real deal. Bryan is the real deal. He practices what he preaches daily. A man of true integrity, and a book that will not disappoint. Start with this on your RE journey and you will be years in front of those who didn't!

Great read and super easy to understand. Provides a good foundation and system for learning how to become a landlord and get into real estate. Also has great templates to use in the back of the book and real world examples.
