Hi Elizabeth, the toy is packaged with 4 treat rings to get you started, and any additional treat rings are sold separately.

Thank you for your question! The Extra-Small bristle bone is recommended for pets that weight about 10 pounds, Small is designed for pets 10-20 pounds, medium bristle bones are for 20-50 pounds, and Large are for dogs over 50 pounds.

Thank you for this question! Most pets will chew through the treat rings quickly. At that time you may replace them as you see fit. We offer several different flavors for your pet's enjoyment.
