World Vitae BeBalanced Tea, Organic White Tea Herbal Blend - Stress and Energy Harmonizing

This delicious tea blend contains one of my favorite tea leaf type, which on its own is known to be good for digestion and a good investment. Some of this good tea in the morning takes my focus away from the need for java, providing a healthy alternative and a way to get quenched for those that forget to drink ample liquids (water is boring). Availability and shipping of the product was also excellent. I recommend it.

This tea had a delightful naturally sweet, minty flavor. What I most appreciated, though, was the gentle and sustained energy boost I felt after drinking it. Substituting one cup of BeBalanced in for a cup of coffee made me feel less jittery and well, more balanced, as the name suggested. I still drink my morning coffee, but swapping out a midday cup of coffee for bebalanced is a great alternative.

As a fan of BeLight tea, I was excited to try World Vitae's new BeBalanced offering. It's a white tea blend that is light and refreshing, perfect for anytime of day. The pyramidal tea bags help the tea steep properly, which is great for tea snobs like myself. And the fact that it's organic is just icing on the cake!

I really enjoy this tea! It is minty, delicious and calming. It's nice to take a break on a busy day for a refreshing cup of BeBalanced. It's good and good for you!
