I wasn't expecting much for the price but these are sturdy little hinges. Our scouts built 50 jewellery boxes so we used a lot.i would have preferred Robertson screws,a few of the Phillips heads stripped but they gave us plenty of extras so it was o.k. delivery was right on time as promised. I would recommend these hinges from this company...but get Robertson screws if you want it a bit better.

The hinges that I received are 90° stop hinges. It did not say this in the description or I missed that part. For some applications this is useful, but for the use I ordered them for they were not the ideal. However I will say they are a nice hinge for the money. They are machine stamped and some of the ends may need to be flattened but not really a big deal.

Though not listed anywhere in the product description, these hinges are designed to not open all the way, making them essentially useless, unless you want a box that doesn't even open halfway. Also, many of them came with bent edges, though that doesn't much matter since I can't use them at all for any of my projects anyway.

I bought them for a friend who make tea boxes. Due to COVID-19, there was a shortage here in Costa Rica for this type of products. They were a little more expensive, but he was very pleased with the look and quality. No complains.
