My terrier mix have a beard, sometimes when she eat it can get messy. This product is super good. I have use it when giving her a bitch but also with a wet cloth, just to keep her clean. She always end up clean and with a soft beard.

I have tried everything. This is the only stuff that works on my dirty, little shih zhu between baths. Keeps her eyes clean and does not irritate them.

I bought this product because it's tearless and, I thought, didn't have to be rinsed out. It does seem to be tearless as my dog had no reaction. (I'm careful about her eyes, so it's possible it hasn't gotten into her eyes.) The face wash itself foams nicely out of the bottle but quickly disappears and does not "suds up" in use. The smell is pleasant and not very strong in my opinion.Honestly, it doesn't do any better job of washing my dog's face than the wet washcloth I've been using and I don't have to bother rinsing. I think I'll stick with the washcloth.

Both of my dogs seem to have a lot of eye discharge that gets hard and crusty. So far this is the best product I have found to help soften the gunk up so I can remove it. I use this at each weekly bath. I will purchase again.

I have another product from this company that has a really lovely light natural scent so I thought this would too. Wrong! It smells like the perfume counters in a department store! Super strong perfume and no cucumber melon smell AT ALL! I would never use this on a pet’s face, it’s way too strong. Plus it arrived without its plastic cap. People at these companies have no idea what they are doing and there is so much false advertising with pet products.

I love this product because I can wash my pups face every day especially after she eats, she is a Shi Tzu with lots of hair on her face, so a thorough washing is necessary after she eats! I use a warm wet paper towel and a very small drop of the shampoo, and it does the job wonderfully so I can return to kissing that sweet face without the stink!

I thought it would do a better job on my dog’s tear stains. It did remove some of the stain but not as much as I had hoped! At least it is tearless!

This product worked great for my dog’s crusty eye drainage. Bella had a thick bunch of gunk under her eyes, snd this made it so easy to get it off. Before I was just cutting it out. Now I can remove it without cutting her hair. It takes a little bit of time to keep rubbing it in, but it will break apart snd you can then just pull it off without hurting your dog. Great stuff!

This product is amazing. Scent is nice but not strong, does not cause irritation, is truly tear-less as reported and cleans well.

Helps to reduce staining in dogs facial folds smells nice to!
