This book changed my life. I'm a loan officer and it has been a really difficult past couple years. This book helped me start the days off right. I loved it so much I bought as many copies as I could to give out to the realtors I work with.

I use my journal every day. After watching the inspiring movie entitled "Miracle Morning" I set the intention to implement the 6 practices daily and the journal keeps me on track with this intention.

Super bouquin !

Klar könnte man auch ein ganz normales Notizbuch benutzen aber dennoch finde ich es eine super Ergänzung zum MM Buch.Am Anfang steht nochmal eine Zusammenfassung des MM-Prinzips und einige Erklärungen.Was ich gut finde: Man kann die Tage/Wochen/Monate selbst bestimmen. Das abhacken der einzelnen SAVERS und die täglichen Sprüche helfen beim durchhalten.Nach 6 Monaten und am Ende gibt es nochmal eine Review um seine Ziele zu überdenken.
