I bake spinach bread for my diabetic son and always struggled to make the perfect loaf since it will be damaged when I was taking it out of the mold; this silicone mold is great; so far perfect results every time!

My husband was looking for a silicone bread pan because he loves to make chocolate chip banana bread but it always stuck to the metal ones, no matter what he did. I got one of the cheaper ones without the handles and it was, well, hard to handle. I upgraded him to this one and he loves it! The handles make it so easy to use and to grab out of the oven, and the bread never sticks. It's great!

I have had/used this pan a few times over different times and situations. It's really awesome. Because of the silicone it is easy to clean and maintain over time; however, because of the metal it also maintains its shape going in and out of the oven without pouring things out the middle when you try to pick it up by one side or both.Sometimes after years of use you might get a little rust on the underside of the metal part, but that never touches the food anyway and has never been an issue for me.Overall, super satisfied with this pan. Great for breads, meatloaf, lasagna, frito-pie...whatever you would normally cook in any other loaf pan.

This company is great, they emailed me a thank you note after I placed my order. When I received my pan I could not get on the website for the cookbook. I emailed them and just a couple of hours later they sent me the cookbook via attachment to my email. I used the pan to cook meat loaf for dinner last night. It worked great, did not have to use anything to grease the pan, the meat loaf came out easily, cleanly, with very little meat stuck to it. I put it in the dishwasher and ran the load. The pan came out very clean. I would definitely order from this company again. They have made me feel like they appreciate my business and value me as a customer. This has not happened to me in many years.(I wish the cookbook was a "regular" book and not ebook.)

I've only had this for a couple of weeks now, and have baked 3 loaves of almond bread. The loaves practically fall out of the pan when I turn it upside down. I was really getting tired of my old "non-stick" pan where the coating still looked good but it stuck like crazy. Two of the loaves came out perfectly, but one did not and that was my mistake: I placed this pan inside of my metal loaf pan, and I think the heat just did not conduct properly into the bread and it was not cooked all the way through; I now place it directly on the oven rack. The sides of the pan are pretty thin and flexible, and the loaf bulges out on the sides due to this, It's not a big problem but this is why I took off one star. When I lift up the pan with uncooked dough in it you can see the dough reshaping due to the flexibility of the pan. When it is sitting on the rack it is just the sides that bulge out. I suppose the sides need to be so thin to allow it to release the bread easily, I've been putting a little coconut oil inside the pan before adding the dough, but I'm not sure this is actually needed.

I bought this for my wife because after she makes her meatloaf it took us a lot of scrubbing to clean the pan. This thing does a great job and cooking the meatloaf and cleanup is easy. Wish I would have thought about buying this sooner!

Good quality and sturdy. The silicone walls are thick enough to prevent 'bulging'. I liked the frame and handles. I used it to mold a salad and it was a breeze to un-mold it. No shaking, no banging, no dipping in hot water, etc. Made me very happy. Just needed to release vacuum in one corner. I've put it in the dishwasher and it was perfect. The only concern I had, which is inherent with silicone, was absorption of smells from the food. Washing it by hand did not remove the smell, but when I put it in the dishwasher, it did remove it.

Best ever loaf pan. Moister than my other pans sooo easy to even when warm. I love this pan and it doesn’t make noise or take up as much space.

This pan has a large aluminum handle which is sturdy and easy to grab with gloves on.The pan is a bright easy-to-see red silicone. It holds its shape fairly well although I am used to an all-aluminum tin so I'm not completely sold on the soft sides yet.The size is an industry standard and perfect for banana bread, pound cake, and other loafs.It bakes well, and along with the patterned bottom everything releases very easily. A did get a good crust on the sides and top with this pan. Not having to grease the pan is healthier and more cost efficient. Consistent results every time.Clean up is easy and its dishwasher safe.

Me encantó el molde, lo estaba esperando para cocinar un panqué y quedó perfecto, no se pegó. Sólo tuve que untar aceite de coco derretido. Mantiene su forma al calentarlo, es muy resistente. Ya tenía una rosca de esta misma marca.
