I do a lot of video calls and record a lot of videos for my job. Before with my mike everybody in the house had to be quiet because my previous mike picked up everylittle noise all over the house.This head set records my voice with excellent quality and background noise is almost all eliminated. The quality of the recording is that of a really expensive mic which I have used and I prefer this headset to my expensive mic. The cord is extra long with a coil on one end to extend it even further.It has a switch on it to Mute and the volume control is a great feature.For the price this headset is an excellent buy.

These headphones with a boom mic are lightweight and have excellent sound quality.For listening, they have excellent sound. For singing or talking, the sound is also excellent. I am a classically trained singer and have had difficulty finding a set of headphones which can handle my high notes when I'm singing online. These headphones do an excellent job handling my voice at all ranges.Noise cancellation is not important to me. I like to be able to hear what's going on in my household while I'm working.Since the headphones themselves are quite small, they are not great at noise cancellation, but they suit me perfectly. I highly recommend them!

This is a really great headset! The headband feels sturdy and adjusts easily, even for those with large heads (like myself). It really is comfortable to wear all day, and the cord and mic work very well. I work at home for three different call center jobs and take hundreds of calls per day, so if the sound quality is bad, the customers are quick to inform me, for sure. However, the mic or headphones are not quite what I would call noise canceling; however, I really wouldn't expect them to be at such a bargain price, but trust I have much worse at much higher prices. Now, let us get to the best..oh, the wonderful volume and mute control. This was a wonderful surprise; I didn't realize how much I needed a mute button until I was given one. I mean, yeah, I know I needed one. Did you read the part where I said I take hundreds of calls per day, but this allows me to mute myself from the customer, but the customer from me in one quick button...HEAVEN! Second, a really nice feature is the ability to use the USB or jack because if you're like me, the constant toll of in and out of the USB ports is very wearing, and it is nice to have a different option.

So I only used the headset with my iPad, using a Lightning adapter on the 3.5mm plug. I tested the mic off/mute buttons on the USB adapter and they worked fine, but ultimately I wasn't using the headset with my PC.The sound quality in the headphones is terrific, especially for the price. Great for video conferencing or listening to music/watching movies. Good noise cancellation, though I prefer being able to hear my surroundings (chaotic home environment sometimes, lol).The microphone is really impressive! I'm not a professional or an audiophile, but this is easily the highest quality mic I've ever owned. My voice came through crisp and clear, and I was in a room with a loud fan. I couldn't hear the fan in the background at all when I played back my test recordings. So nice!I do not use the volume controls on the USB adapter, but I prefer to adjust the device volume anyway, so that's not an issue for me.I'm not a big gamer and I don't work from home (except intermittently), but this device is perfect for my needs (music, video appointments)! If I had one tiny complaint, it would be that the cord isn't particularly long. This isn't a problem for me, but if you're used to bluetooth headsets, this may take some getting used to.All in all, well worth the money!

I remote in to work from home and bought this product in December. Used this headset for 5 months and the wire has broken away from the plastic for the microphone.I would like a new headset or an upgrade headset, maybe wireless, please.This is a great product. All calls are clear and o problems with hearing each other. The wire to the computer is a pain and gets tangled up with everything. The transition from plastic to the wire for the microphone is not a good idea. Please let me know what my options are for theses issues. Thank you.

Works great with work laptop.

The product was good at first i brought two pair the first thing that goes out plugging into jack on my laptop that goes out first than the usb customers cant hear me , so i try the other pair all within 4 months time now the other pair my customers say they hear static noise this is where i make my money, Get what you pay for still should OF BEEN FREE , I lost money behind this product so that means only lasted 2 monts a piece sad really sad.

Good sounds quality and blocks outside noise. Perfect for my work from home office.

My recording of this headset's output was without any adjustments - you can increase the gain in your computer's audio control panel easily.Features: this is a comfortable on-ear binaural headset which provides a positive yet gentle seal on the ears. It has a standard 3.5mm TRRS jack for connecting with cellphones, either directly (if they support such a connection) or via an interface dongle (newer iPhones, and Android units, use these.) This can be plugged into the included interface pod, which provides digital-to-analogue and analogue-to-digital conversion of both input and output signals, and which plugs into a standard USB 2.0 or faster interface port. It has perfectly serviceable audio quality for listening to a wide range of materials. This headset has now become my "travelling headset", and lives in my laptop bag so that I can teach remotely. Lugging around my big "gaming headset" was a pain; this will make that unnecessary. I am giving this an all-around 5-star rating, and I truly believe it deserves that accolade.

Bought as a back up, when required to work form home.Seem sturdy enough, time will tell ofcourse. Used only a few times, but so far very good. Sound quality is decent and the ear pieces are simple to swivel for comfort.

Confortevoli, molto leggere, comode e regolabili, i copriorecchie garantiscono il massimo comfort anche dopo ore di ascolto, in termini di indossabilità, i risultati sono eccellenti anche per via della leggerezza. Le cuffie che ho utilizzato precedentemente (fascia alta), erano pesanti e dopo un po' scaldabagno le orecchie.Ottima la comodità di poterle collegate al PC con USB e allo smartphone con jack 3.5. The media could not be loaded.  Hab mich seit der Bestellung schon auf diese Headset gefreut! Meine Erwartungshaltung war tatsächlich ein mittelmäßiges Produkt, bei welchem meine Stimme gut verständlich aufgenommen wird aber man womöglich auch viele Hintergrundgeräusche mitbekommt. Bloß blechern sollte es nicht sein.Beim Ausprobieren war ich dann sehr positiv überrascht! Der Klang der Kopfhörer ist sehr angenehm und voll, ich hab tatsächlich schon teurere Headsets gehabt die deutlich schlechter klangen! Die Geräusche der Außenwelt werden nicht perfekt ausgeschlossen, aber das finde ich tatsächlich sogar gut - wenn mein Kätzchen irgendwo herumpoltert will ich durchaus Bescheid wissen. Und leise Geräusche in Videos kriege ich definitiv gut mit!In der Vergangenheit fand ich oft, dass p, t und k manchmal sehr harsch klangen oder jedes s oder z ein bisschen dolle gezischt hat. Den Eindruck habe ich hier nicht. Die Aufnahmen klingen bereits unbearbeitet sehr sauber und klar verständlich, ich bin tatsächlich immer noch freudig überrascht darüber, wie gut der Straßenlärm ausgeblendet wird!Das Mikrofon lässt sich ein bisschen verbiegen, so dass es eine angenehme Position nahe des Mundes einnimmt, der Bügel hält schön und ich mag diese kleinen Lautstärkeregler und Mute-Buttons im USB Adapter sehr gern. Geht einfach schneller als irgendwelche Tastenkombis am PC.Auch sehr schön: Der Klinkenstecker funktioniert ganz wie bei anderen Headsets und Mikrofonen, also lässt das Headset sich auch ohne den USB Adapter super verwenden oder ins Handy einstöpseln. Sehr schön für lange Telefongespräche (bei denen schmieren meine Bluetooth headsets gern ab).Ich find's sehr gut!
