Go-to casual short
A friend of mine recommended these to me. Fit and comfort are perfect. These are my new go-to shorts, for casual wear. Side zipper pocket is an extra bonus for securing money/cards/etc.

The only improvement would be second button at waist band to keep the fly aligned.

Good shorts
Good quality shorts but the leg opening is large and the inseam is long. They stay clean tho, I love that about the pfg line. I wear em for work so they get all kinds of stuff on em but these shed dirt and grime like water on feathers. The convertible pants they have make the best work pants/shorts, they stay clean and they zip off to a short that's a comfortable length and an appropriate sized leg opening.
