The Ripper Unit is 100% made in the USA. This will attach to most 7 1/4" Trauma Shears. The blades are made fro 440A surgial grade Stainless Steel for durability and corrosion resistance. The Blades receive a proprietary treatment to improve the cutting ability and edge retention. This makes the blades last 5 times longer than standard carbon blades. These attach to your existing shears with jsut a philips screwdriver. These do not fit Clauss titanium bonded shears or NAR Shears
