Perfect fit for my Dutch oven. Much better than using baking parchment. Easy to wash, although mostly just wipe it down as use it exclusively for sourdough baking. Be aware it will be very hot when you remove from the oven so use oven gloves. Now all I need is an oval shaped one for batards! Price has dropped since I bought mine, so good value.

This has been great for sourdough baking. It has managed both boules and ovals with a little careful placing of the dough. I recommend as it’s much easier for getting the dough into a hot pot.

Very useful product. Stops the need for parchment paper in the Dutch Oven. Just not quite the right shape for oval-shaped loaf

Very disappointed was looking forward to trying this product and arrived damaged. Not happy what’s so ever. Not sure if damaged in transit or sent this way. Will be returning product.

What else can I say. avoid buying this
