I have had severe CTS in both hands for at least 9 years now, so I’ve been through quite a lot of hand braces. This one tops them ALL. I’m impressed. It’s so worth the money if your condition is as bad as mine is. This will be the only brand I use from now on.

The company that makes this brace, BioSkin, is fantastic. They strive for great customer service and went above and beyond with regard to my satisfaction. I initially purchased an XS/S, but it was too small. I now am wearing a M/L. I'm just a 5'6" 150 female. So the sizes seem to run small.The brace. It's extremely supportive, both palmar and dorsal supports are stiff and keep my wrist movement to a minimum. It is so breathable and light, but stays in place and fits in my sweater sleeve! The cost is higher than a lot of these braces, but for what I'm looking for, it's worth it. I wear a brace all the time, taking it off just to shower. This is my new all day, work brace! The fabric between the thumb and forefinger is the only chink in the armor, but after using it all day, the this BioSkin brace did not lose any utility, hold, or comfort due to the flimsy nature of that thumb piece.My condition is tendonitis in the right wrist and I'm right handed. I would not choose to workout in this brace because of its stiffness. But anything else seems fine.Again, I have to reiterate how helpful and willing this company has been. They are there to SUPPORT the consumer. Ha! Pun! They are responsive, understanding and efficient. I'd definitely purchase their products again.

I was told to wear a brace for my carpal tunnel and tendonitis. I have a boxful of those tan braces with the strap that velcros across the webbing of your thumb. The material these things are made of make my sensitive skin burn and itch and the velcro on my thumb rubbed me raw. I could only stand to wear them for a few minutes before I ripped them off. I needed something soft and smooth but the doc didn't think such a thing existed.I was searching this site for anything close and came across the Bioskin brace.It is so soft and silky inside that my skin doesn't complain. No velcro around your thumb. It has soft support with nothing digging into you.

Update: I'm knocking a star off due to durability with the velcro. The velcro attaches to the brace but over time, the velcro is causing the brace to pill up a bit and it doesn't stick as well as it used to.When I first bought this, I ended up returning it due to some perceived faults. Then I tried basically every other kind of wrist brace before I realized my mistake. Unfortunately, this was sold out and I was stuck using inferior products until this came back in stock. I ordered another one right away!Pro:1. Slim profile. This may not seem like a big deal, but if you will appreciate it if you have to wear this every day for a few months. You'll end up catching on to fewer things, bumping into things less frequently, fit more shirt/jackets over it, and just overall be more comfortable.2. Great support. This will immobilize your wrist very well.3. Comfort. The material on this is comfortable and irritation free for all day wear. There are other braces that feel great at first but the seams will start to itch or it will feel to tight at certain parts of your wrist.4. Adjustable fit. This was one of the main reasons I initially returned this product. The 3 straps seem excessive and I hated having to deal with them when taking it off and on. However, this is the only design that allows for custom adjustments to how it fits your wrist. For me, I need the middle strap tighter to give the necessary support, while the other 2 straps to be more loose for comfort. Most braces have a single velcro (some with lace/Bungie system) that end up being too tight at ends and too loose in the middle.5. Short length. Most braces are 8" and that is fine. It gets the job done and doesn't interfere too much. However, this brace at 6" can get the job done even better while taking up less real estate on my arm. This makes the brace much more comfortable, especially for prolong use.Cons:1. Price. It is anywhere from 2-4x more expensive than other braces out there. However, now that I have tried basically all of them, I see why.2. Potential durability. I have some concerns with the material fraying from repeated on/off with the velcro. The loop for the thumb looks like slightly frayed suede (it's not suede but that's the best way I can describe the appearance) even when it is new. In fact, I thought I had received a used product at first because of this.3. Permanent dorsal stay. The dorsal stay is not removable compared to other braces. However, it is positioned very well and I don't think it will be a problem even if you don't need it. It doesn't cause any discomfort.4. Not an issue for me but potentially an issue for some buyers, this product is made in Mexico. For those that feel they must support products made in USA or somewhere else in particular, this could be a con.

I have had 10+ years of chronic tendonitis & finally this year after I had a baby, all the baby-handling has made the tendonitis so bad I cannot function without a splint. This is the only wrist splint that has worked & tried everything available on Amazon & local drug stores & this is the most comfortable fit (that an immobilizing splint could possibly be)! All the others hurt with prolonged use and have tight spots that restrict blood flow (thus delaying healing). This is also the best fit for petite wrists! I have not found anything else that fits this well.I’ve worn the splint all day & all night for the past few months (only take it off to shower) & it has been a lifesaver & has allowed me to continue carrying/handling my baby all day & night.The only critique I would have is the top 2 Velcro straps are now not as grippy as they were (understandable as I have put this splint through the ringer), but the splint is still the only one that has worked for me. I will just find a way to rig the Velcro to make it stay in place.I am getting a second one such that I can still use it while I wash/dry my first one. It is expensive, but well worth the money. I’ve spent far more on countless braces & splints that I cannot use.

Fits well and is very helpful for my tendonitis. It gets wets and dries without any issue. The velcro is nice and strong.

Great Product and quality. I have wrist pain on and off and I wear this for a couple of nights and it's gone for a couple of months. Well worth it!

Well I definitely used it for my wrist. Good brace, stable with metal pieces for extra stability.

Great for carpal tunnel

Very comfortable and not bulky. I wear this every night since I got it and feel great when I wake up. My only concern is the label or decal on it is peeling off already.
