This belt has been a gamechanger for my daughter. She has been suffering with back pain in her pregnancy starting at about 6 months. She told me, Mom, immediately after i put the belt on, i have NO back pain. It has made all the difference in her daily life. She smiles now and is happy...no pain! I liked the material of the product however I couldn't put it on and I didn't know why but the package was missing one of the pieces needed to use the belt. I don't have the support band that goes underneath the 2nd one to attach the velcro part to get it to stay. I needed this band because I'm having a painful pregnancy and this was disappointing. I bought another one from target since I needed it urgently this was a waste of money.

Do not waste your time or money if you have a desk job and sit most of the day. This is awful when sitting down. If you’re standing up, yes it takes some relief off but i just felt like it was going to come apart at any moment. Just didn’t work for me. Also runs a little big. Size down.

I was on the boarder for sizes - 116cm (6ft, 175lbs) so I thought XL would be more appropriate for as my belly grows but it's way too big and I shouldve ordered the L. It still works but not as well as a previous one I had borrowed from a friend that was the same size. The material is soft and comfortable.

I am currently 26w+2d pregnant and needed a pregnancy belt to support my growing belly! I like it it works great and it’s works well for back pain and it pushed my belly up! The only thing I should of ordered size bigger I got M and I feel like once I get into my 8 or 9 month it might not fit me lol!

Works well, great for doing the harder chores and even shopping. Not comfortable to sit in the car with it but that's expected.

Was hard to figure out how to put on and then once I did figure it out, it was pretty uncomfortable. Sent it back.

I compared a few different support belts during this pregnancy, as I suffered with SPD in my last pregnancy and wanted to be prepared. I also have sacroiliac joint dysfunction anyway, and this seemed to fit the bill, with positive reviews. I ordered this belt at 28 weeks, when things were just starting to get that bit heavier and aches were creeping in, and delivery was very prompt. The quality of the product is very good - soft, comfortable fabric, with a fit that's in line with my size (I used the measuring guide to work out the most suitable size for me). I was most impressed with the booklet that comes with the belt - giving advice on using the belt during the four trimesters (including after birth) and some really handy guidelines for exercises during these periods, as well. The instructions were fairly easy to follow, and with the belt on, I felt instant support and relief. I'm pretty sure that as my pregnancy progresses, I'll get more use out of the belt, and will feel more benefits as my bump grows.

At 30 weeks pregnant with twins I started experiencing severe pelvic pain around my pubic symphysis. I struggled to walk without crying and it made moving around and working in particular very difficult. Although generally still slim(ish) I now have to wear size 18 pants to fit around my bump, so I opted for the largest size there was - this fitted perfectly. Putting this on you immediately feel a sense of relief as the weight of the bump is supported from above and below. Although I don't wear this all the time it does help; particularly as I've started doing some specific strengthening exercises too. I would highly recommend this for anyone in pain or with a large bump which causes discomfort. :)

I ordered this product and started using when I was 32 weeks pregnant. It came in pristine condition, with all the elements as described, but i have not used the high band that goes on top of my belly because I find it uncomfortable.The belt is very sturdy and helped me continue zumba classes for another 2 weeks and I have been using it for my long walks.I intend to use to use it after pregnancy for shrinking my belly as advertised.I would recommend this product as value for money, especially because it is versatile and don’t need to buy 2 belts for before and after.

When I saw my midwife and complained about my pelvic pain (and extremely heavy bump) she advised that I buy a support strap - but wouldn’t / wasn’t allowed to recommend a particular brand. As you can imagine, there are loads of pregnancy support straps being advertised - all featuring different benefits - and it’s hard to know which one to choose. I’m so pleased I chose this one and I would definitely recommend it without hesitation. It arrived beautifully packaged and the supporting booklet is thorough and well written, and definitely something I will hang onto as a reference manual.The support strap itself is extremely well made and designed. I’m pregnant with twins and this is now my most useful aid in supporting my ever-growing bump! The booklet that accompanies the strap is really informative and I can see that this strap will be incredibly useful to me post delivery as well. I’m really chuffed with this purchase.

I'm a size 12 and bought a Medium, but waited to end of second trimester to buy this. Product fits fine but it's not overly comfortable and I'm not convinced it works that well... I wear it mostly to walk the dog and find that I get Pelvic Girdle ache whether I wear this or not. Bump doesn't ache too badly and I feel pain mostly in my back and bottom, whether wearing this or not. Definitely helps with my back pain but I find a lot of that is due to sitting down too long. I'm unconvinced of how much it actually helps!
