Poor Snakehive. Quality Amazon.
Product poor but Amazon sorted my problem quickly and efficiently.Unfortunately after spending an hour in contact with Samsung it appears my technical issue is actually caused by the phone case I bought. The magnet on the case closing is causing a dead square on my screen, which makes it unresponsive to the s pen. This problem obviously disappears once I remove the phone from the case.Unfortunately now I have an unused (expensive) phone case as it is not fit for purpose and interferes with my phone.

Nice, but dissapointing. Not worth the money.
Nice feeling leather, smooth and robust. This over doubles the thickness of this allready large phone and i struggle to fit it into my pocket everytime. Obstructs the S Pen as well making it hard to get out and reinsert. For a phone case that costs £30 i expect no comprimise in quality or functionality. I am dissapointed and could get a better case for a phone for less than half the cost.

tough yet stylish and practical
I had a Snakehive cover for my last phone (S9) and it was a bit of a workhorse. Dropped the phone more times than is healthy, but phone survived without a scratch. When my phone was replaced I decided to go with the Snakehive once more. Phone fits perfectly, enough space for 3 credit cards and a few bank notes. £5 and £10 fit perfectly, but £20 may need a little convincing as they are a bit too large (not a fault with the case).Phone is held tightly in place and there is a slight over hang of the case to give side protection. I have 3 cards in mine and it functions and closes perfectly. I would advise a screen protector (Note 10+ should have one factory fitted) as the cards can rub against the screen and over time it could mark it.Just be mindful that these types of cases use magnets to secure them. Most credit cards are chip n pin so it isn't an issue, but if you still have a magnetic strip that needs to be read, the case is likely to kill it. The case is not RFID proof, so you can scan a card without having to get it out. There are pros and cons to this of course. The phone doesn't stand up particularly well when new, but if like my last one is will loosen up. I prefer them not to stand as it makes the phone a little unstable when using one handed as it can flop around a bit. If it is an issue, you can glue the pack of the soft phone holder to the inside of the case so that it is just open and closeCan't fault it and I think it was worth the money as it is a tough yet stylish and practical case.

Quality Case
The picture shows my Note 8 Snakeskin, bottom case, case against the Note 10 Plus case. My Note 8 has had the Snakeskin case for well over a year, it has aged very well. When I bought the 10 Plus there was only one case I was going to purchase. The only caveat would be to have a screen protection as the card wallet part of the case, when containing 3 cards, will mark the screen over time. This could be due to the tough life being in pockets and the cover moving against the screen. When the screen is on and being used there is no visible signs of buffing. That being said, the case has protected the phone, and the drops and bashes have not damaged my Note 8. The previous case has held it's shape without sagging or losing it's shape whatsoever. All stitching remained like it did when I bought it and no tears or seams pulling apart. Expensive for a case, and I have had many over the years, and the Snakeskin has been the best. The case ages well and gets a nice patina over time. For the record I have no connection or freebies from Snakeskin.

A beautiful case with some technical flaws
It is a thing of beauty and your Note will look gorgeous in this case. Thats the good bit.The magnets on the case are so strong that they interfere with the S-Pen. The case needs strong magnets to function as well as it does (in order for the cover to stay closed in the event of it being dropped). They need to find an alternative to magnets - some form of clasp maybe ?It doesn't afford that much protection. The case that it clips into is very thin and doesn't provide much impact resistance if dropped. I've dropped mine 3 times now and it has survived but these are not what I'd call 'major' drops where you think 'that could have just done it'.If you use an in-car VW/Audi/Skoda/SEAT wireless charger tray it overheats and shuts down your maps application which is in use as the sat-nav. Great. I have to take it out of its case when using in the car which has led to the holding part of the case becoming stretched and not holding the phone securely any longer.Previously I'd used a GEAR4 case on my S8 which was excellent in every regard but the new version of this has lots of complaints about the new material that they have used fraying and falling apart. My search for a decent case continues...
