I work in a pretty stressful job that's only been made more stressful with the pandemic. I wasn't originally looking for a thyroid support supplement, but after a bit of research, saw that L-Tyrosine and Inositol could help calm me down, give me focus but let me still get to bed in a reasonable hour - not something my prescription pills were helping with. After taking it for a bit, I can say that I feel much calmer throughout my day and feel a similar level of focus and motivation that I had with a certain prescription med that starts with the letter 'A'. At this point, I decided to experiment and stopped taking that other medication, and now I can say that not only am I feeling a more sustained level of focus, but also don't have irritability or the crash in mood compared to before. I can also get to bed at a normal hour and my mind doesn't have the constantly racing thoughts keeping me from getting a full night of sleep.I am not sure if its the ingredients or the way its delivered (it has a liquid and a powder form, which I assume is acting like an extended release) but this feels SO much more normal than the prescription medications. Really love it and highly recommend.

Given the stress of the pandemic, working from home, and other issues we're all facing, I was looking for a supplement to help with weight control and lack of sleep. I don't have hypo or hyperthyroidism, but I know the importance of managing thyroid function. I got these a few weeks ago with the goal of controlling my appetite and managing stress when I couldn't get a full nights rest. I have to say it's made a world of difference, especially when combined with better snack choices.And honestly the pill it self is pretty darn impressive, I've never seen anything like it before holding the liquid and powder in two compartments. I feel it delivers better results.I don't normally go out of my way to write reviews but I hope this can help someone in the middle of all this chaos.

My wife is on levothyroxine (for hypothyroidism), but given the expense, potential side effects and interactions, I thought we might try something more "natural". I gave this one a try since I'm familiar with the brand, and so far it seems great. The capsules are some of the most unique I've ever seen with liquid sitting right next to powder. It looks almost impossible, but it works and is supposed to help with absorption. My wife seems to be in much better spirits, with her mood noticeably different. She's mentioned to me on occasion that her energy levels are up, which has been such a relief after being stuck inside during the pandemic for so long. I am really hopeful these positive results continue, as I would much prefer a natural alternative to pharmaceuticals long-term.

I decided to try this supplement after reading many of the reviews on several products. The ingredients are different. I have taken one bottle and plan to purchase another to see if I continue to have more energy.

I am finishing my final semester of law school. If that isn't stressful enough I lost my mom a few months ago. I have been having a hard time focusing and remembering things and read that L-Tyrosine could help. I started this supplement the same day it was delivered and noticed a difference right away. I love that it is natural and gluten-free.
