replacement unit works well!
Update 2: we received a replacement VegeBox, tested to confirm this one works properly, and it does! Customer support shipped the replacement very quickly. We noticed few differences on the replacement: 1) nutrients included in the box when on original order they were shipped separately not in the box (2) instruction book much more detailed.Updated review: raised from 3 to 4 stars. the product turns off automatically but will not turn on automatically. Customer service is very responsive and shipped a replacement product today. If the replacement unit works properly I will raise review to 5 stars.Original review: The units timer stopped working. It never turns itself on again. I missed the return window by a few days. I will update once I contact company.

So far is growing but light timer doesnt work
after issues with 2 of the table versions light times decided to try my luck with the big kitchen version. Timer finally works and I’m able to grow more plants. 30ish something days in and the herbs look great.

Simple design but you will end up with "leggy" plants
The design is ok and easy to use (reason for 3 stars instead of less). The biggest issue is the way that the light adjustment works will cause you to end up with "leggy" plants (ie long skinny stems - this will affect foliage/flower/fruit/etc production). Also, as several others have stated the "auto" light timer is more of a hindrance than a benefit.I own several aerogardens and just thought I would give this one a try. Bad decision on my part.
