I would give this zero stars if i could, as it simply does not work. I own a UHD Lite and Flint 4KP from Cloner Alliance, and wanted to upgrade to passthrough 4K60 with HDR from a Playstation 5.I have never had any problems with my other devices, either recording or streaming, but the 4KP Pro is shockingly bad. It doesn't pass any audio to your TV or your PC / laptop for streaming, and doesn't passthrough 1080p let alone 4k. The attached images are a PS5 at 4k60. I had to capture these on my laptop as my TV was reporting such a low resolution that it didnt even show an image, stating it was unsupported.This device needs some serious development and cannot be used for it's intended purpose.I thought I had received a faulty unit, so contacted Cloner Alliance support. They concluded the same, so i returned the first device to Amazon. Having received a second device from Amazon today it is just as bad as the first. Really disappointing as my other Cloner Alliance devices work so well. Avoid!*UPDATE*I have left the above review intact as this was my impression of the device having ordered two from Amazon, and for others who may be in the same position.The Cloner Alliance support are great, and reply really quickly, and originally thought that the first device was faulty. When I received a second device and still had the same problems, they did all they could to resolve the issue. In the end, Cloner Alliance support emailed me an updated firmware and instructions on how to update it, and it now works perfectly.The images are from the device when the firmware was faulty. If you experience these issues contact Cloner Alliance support for updated firmware.

I bought this product because apparently it was new and hasn’t been reviewed and surprisingly it actually works very well, tested it on the switch, looks a lot better than what the switch shows lol haven’t yet tried it for the other systems

Ich war auf der Suche nach der eierlegenden Wollmilch-Sau und ich habe sie fast gefunden.Größter Vorteil dieser Karte: Sie schluckt auch Eingangssignale die abseits der gängigen 720p, 1080p und höher liegen und meist von anderen Anbietern nicht verarbeitet werden.Größte Überraschung: Sie verarbeitet problemlos PS3-Inputs über HDMI und umgeht das HDCP-Protokoll, wodurch ihr nicht auf YPbPr von der PS3 zugreifen müsst, um diese zu capturen (,was auch wegen Tearing ne schlechtere Option ist).Größter Wermutstropfen: Sie komprimiert das Bild wegen der Farbunterabtastung auf 4:2:2, was besonders bei Spielen wie Silent Hill dafür sorgt, dass das Material nahezu unbrauchbar ist, da die Schwarzwerte nicht richtig abgebildet werden. Damit ist sie für Bildvergleiche von Retro-Games leider nicht komplett geeignet. Fürs Streaming passts allerdings, da sie nahezu verzögerungsfrei das Bild an PC überträgt. Man könnte (nicht, dass es empfehlenswert ist) also auch direkt über das Vorschaubild des Streamingprogramms spielen.Ansonsten lässt die Karte nahezu keine Wünsche offen. Passthrough mit 4k in HDR bei 60 FPS ist sehr gut. Capturen ist mit 4k30fps SDR/ 1080p60fps HDR auch im oberen Feature-Bereich. Sie besitzt zusätzlich sogar Line In/Out sowie Microfon In, was einem zusätzliche Flexibilität gibt, wenn man beispielsweise Audio in die Szene über die Karte direkt integrieren möchte. Ich selbst hab das Feature aber nicht genutzt und kann daher keine Aussagen zutreffen.Wozu ich aber was sagen kann, ist die Verabreitungsqualität. Die ist mehr als erhaben, wirkt wie aus einem Guss und lässt dir Karte insgesamt sehr hochwertig daherkommen. Angesichts des Preises von ca. 220 Euro ordnet sie sich damit im Mid Tier-Segment ein und ist dort aber ziemlich weit oben im Vergleich zu den ganzen Produkten von Elgato und Avermedia.Die 4KP Pro kommt auch mit einer eigenen Software daher. Die ist nix besonderes und liefert die bekannten Features anderer Hersteller. Aber sie ist recht einfach zu bedienen. Alternativ kann man natürlich auch OBS und Co. nutzen.Egal ob angeschlossene Kamera oder Videospielkonsole - Das Bild kommt sehr gut daher und lässt damit kaum Wünsche offen. In der Preisklasse gehört sie zu den vielseitigsten Karten ihrer Art. Wer nur Kameras anschließen möchte, ist mit nem Camlink besser bedient. Wer aber einen Haufen verschiedener Konsolen (egal ob PS5 oder SNES samt Line Doubler) spielt und das Material aufzeichnen will, findet hier einen rundum gelungenen Allesfresser. Einzig die Farbunterabtastung verhindert in meinem Augen, dass es sich hier um die perfekte Karte für ambitionierte Retro-Gamer handelt.

After a few green screens, I got it work perfectly at 1080p @ 30/60 Hz on Linux in OBS. The only issue I have is that it doesn’t seem to work with 4k @ 24Hz which is what my camera is capable of. I also tried to get the 4K @ 24Hz to work on Windows/OBS and there is also didn’t work. If the developers can add 24Hz support via a firmware update - it would be extremely appreciated by me as well as many other folks. Unless there is an issue on my end, and it actually does support 24Hz.

It was so awesome, i bought two.
