The phone box arrived without the thin plastic cover, but it is in good condition. There is no charger, no wired headphone

Other than the removal of the micro sd and charger this would have been perfect. Its butter smooth and charges super quick.

phone is rooted not new, phone status is custom and not official & not UAE version ,not able to download phone installs or check for updates saying registration failed and if you check security patch or google play says on October/November 2022 even before connecting to internet

من أول ما اشتريته شاشته تخدشت بسرعة عجيبة في غضون أيام صار كأنه جوال قديم مع اني احافظ عليه.. وكمان بطيء يعلق لما اخرج من تطبيق وأدخل في آخر هذا وهو توه جديد!صراحة ندمت اني اشتريته، وديته المصلح في امازون وأخذوه من شهر إلى الآن ما صلحوه..

بشكل عام الجهاز كويس ،،العيوب :١ بدون شاحن٢بدون سماعات٣ يجي معه كيبل شحن ليس منه فائدة لان كل اطرافه عادية ليست useالمزايا :١ ال5G. ممتاز٢ يشحن وايرلس ونفس الوقت تقدر تشحن جوال ثاني وايرلس٣ يسجل الشاشة فيديو بعدة خيارات بصوت او بدون صوت او صوت الوسائط٤ السماعات رائعة اذا بتشغل يوتيوب او اي شي صوت سماعات قوي وفيه دولبيملاحظات ،، انصح بشراء ستكر حماية وسماعة وشاحن وكبيل وغطاء حماية او كفر للاستفادة من التوصيل المجاني

استلمت الجوال ولم استلم كرت ضمان الشاشة كما هو ؟موضح في موقع سامسونج

Built design is good but Mobile performance is worst, too much heating issue
Pros:1) S21 model is sleek and awesome.2) Os & UI is excellent.3) knox secure, good face & finger print reader.4) charging speed is fineCons:1) phone is getting too much heated when using multiple apps and when using outdoor.2) battery is not good, full charged at 7 AM and by 2 PM drained to 5 %. ( no gaming)Above issues may be due to product fault and may not be in model.Overall amazon service is excellent, my 1st phone was having above issues and phone was replaced by amazon within a week and but unfortunately 2nd phone was giving worst performance than 1st one, so I returned and requested for refund.😭😭😭Now thinking to buy oneplus 9R, hope tht serves the intended purpose.
