Great shoe. Comfortable and well made

Comfortable and has a nice grip. I always carry new shoes to get the toe part stitched as that is the first piece to come unglued. It would be nice if manufacturers started just stictching that part even if they wouldn't stitch the entire shoe. Planned obsolescence?

I buy a new pair of these Merrells whenever my existing pair wears out, and since the last time I bought them was in 2019, that gives an idea of how well they put up with the gaff of everyday use with a fellow who aims for 10 miles of walking per day.They don't quite "slip on," but only a little squirming is needed after an initial break-in period. That's fine, because much more important is that they are secure, supportive, and comfortable from start to finish, and the moccasin design allows me to surreptitiously slip them off while at my desk.A fitting note: I wear an 11 1/2 M, and in my experience, these are true-to-size. I like not having to guess about how far to bias the fit when ordering shoes.

Fit, comfort, and ruggedness as well as good looking shoes. And, the price is right.

The shoe is very comfortable, after it got broken in.

I've had a different style of Merrell "loafer mocs" for the last few years that I finally felt I had to replace. Unfortunately that older style is now discontinued and this is the most similar thing Merrell has.It's a very comfortable shoe; I like that it's slip-on but also stays firmly placed on the foot. Given that it's from Merrell I expect it to last. It's attractive, but it looks quite a bit more casual than my last loafer mocs -- in particular the tread comes up the front of the toe in a really obvious way. I guess that helps the lifetime of the shoe if I'm using it out on the trail scrambling over rocks, but in fact I want a comfortable slip-on office shoe that is also reasonably good for walking. I've decided, reluctantly, that it looks good enough.

Nice shoe, but I had to get some cushion insoles for them. They felt hard when walking.

I have been loyal to Merrell brand over 25 years now, my first pair lasted 10 years and I couldnt be more satisfied. My second pair however started having issues just 1 month after purchase, but I couldnt make a claim, and continued wearing them as-is. 3 years later, I really needed a new pair, and decided, I would go for buying shoes online for the first time ever. Its difficult for me to buy shoes online, because I really need to try them on. The first pair, I had to return due to misfit. But the second pair, perfect fit and I am most satisfied with them, no issues whatsoever. I need a good quality, reliable, comfortable shoes for work and daily use, and these fulfill 1000 %Thank you.

Some friction on right foot, right side near at top which makes shoe somewhat uncomfortable after wearing for about half an hour. May ease with time. Use mostly for gardening.
