Cute and fit perfectly. The only alteration I made was cutting out the ears so that my dog's ears could poke out instead. We used it in a local star wars themed parade. The small fit my 6 pound toy poodle perfectly.The only reason I knocked off two stars in my review is that this costume is extremely hot. It does not allow for ventilation and cooling. If it is a cold time of year that works but if it is hot then this costume could easily cause a dog to overheat and they don't have a way to cool down from that. I took every precaution during the parade, had him in the shade as much as possible, waited till the last minute to put the whole costume on, pulled it off immediately after the parade despite all this his skin was burning hot and he was panting like crazy when I took it off. Had to pour a couple bottles of water on him and rub him down with aloe. Luckily he only had to wear the full costume for fifteen minutes or less during the parade. Otherwise he could have been killed from overheating, something that happened to a friend's dog on a hot summer day.So if you plan to put this on your dog during a cold winter day, go for it. If it is even slightly hot be very careful about making sure your dog doesn't overheat.

The costume is well made, and I like how you can adjust the hood. Unfortunately I ordered a size too small, but thats my fault for not measuring my dog. I think the costume would look best on a dog with similar colouring, because you can’t really tell that mine is supposed to be an Ewok.

I bought this for our Cairn Terrier because he sorta looks like an Ewok even without the costume, and, I cosplay as Slave Leia... so Halloween night, I wanted a sidekick! Anyhoo, I bought the SMALL, and it fits perfectly. Barney (our Cairn / Ewok) is around 8 pounds, not fat, healthy in the middle etc. Cairns are naturally kinda squat in the body, not "lean" (like, say, a Chihuahua or Yorkie). For a short dog with a tater-tot body, this would be perfect.The arms are a good size, not restricting, and each leg has a hole for the costume. Barney is only used to his front legs going through his sassy old-man wintertime sweaters; so I might have to cut off the back legs of the costume and sew it accordingly - easy fix!The headpiece may be another story though, for some dogs. Most dogs don't like "stuff" on their heads. Barney tolerated it long enough for some pictures, and will do OK on Halloween night during our 2 hours of handing out candy, ala Star Wars style. =DAll in all it's a high quality costume and very well made. And, totally customizable, if you need to do that, if your pooch has a big of a gut or fat legs. =DHappy Halloween, and May The Force Be With You! =D

I give it 4 stars because it is as they described and looked the same . My con is that the hood only stayed up if I stuffed it with cotton and it turned around as my dogged walked . Ithe turning may be because I use a harness and not a collar when walking her .Nonetheless it wasn’t inexpensive and she can wear the brown suit as a shirt when she gets a haircut 😁
