Items were missing
Hi I like sanctuary but at this occasion I want to make a refund or to be sent the whole product because on the box I need to have 6 products and when I have opened the box Are just 5 inside.I provided the pictures. The hand cream is missing. WHY???The pachpkage was perfect but the product is faulty. How you can promise 6items and deliver just 5??? PLEASE send me the last one or refund me.Thank you

Fabulous treat
I bought this for a friend as a pampering gift. The set is nicely presented in the hamper box, if anything it could do with a little more padding inside, but that’s just a small niggle. I love the Sanctuary scent myself, it’s not too overpowering but feels nice for special occasions. Made a lovely gift.

Arrived dirty and scuffed, amazon box was perfect so must have been from the warehouse.Is a birthday present so no time to return it and will gift it but would have preferred it not to look second hand
