The journal is a great reminder
I’m glad I bought this daily gratitude journal. It was recommended to me by a friend after I told him I was in kind of a funk. Ive been putting time aside daily to write down my thoughts and its helped improve my attitude and provide me clarity on what I find important. It’s also pushed me to meditate more!Happy with my purchase and will be on the look out for future releases by Mr. Dean Bokhari

Great journal for collecting thoughts of gratitude
I have been journaling and writing daily gratitude lists for years, captured either in lined-notebooks or on my Google Drive. Mindfulness and gratitude have been the heart of my spiritual practice and I was excited to see a journal dedicated specifically to that. Powerful Life Changer
Men struggling in their lives with the weight of the world crushing them makes for desperation and hopelessness. This journal provides a solid grounding for stabilizing one living in this volatile and uncertain world. The perfect graditude journal!
I've been looking to start a journal and have listened to Dean's podcast for a while and enjoy his down to earth style and decided to try his gratitude journal and so glad I did! Other journals are basically open pages for you to fill things out each day. This journal poses new questions or insights every day - so you are not filling things out the same things on a repetitive basis. It is easy to use, you can start on any date - it has two morning prompts and two evening prompts so you can also reflect on your day.If you are just getting into journaling - this is a great start or if you journal every day - this is a great way to reflect in a new way.I would highly recommend this book!

Work your way through different components of gratitude one day at a time
Rather than just a place to jot down your daily thoughts of gratitude, repeating the same prompts day to day, this book takes you through a progression of three components of gratitude: awareness, intention and living in gratitude. That makes your time working through this journal a journey rather than just a record, allowing you to build on each day's contribution.

The best gratitude journal for men
I am loving this journal so far. It asks all the right thought provoking questions to help you incorporate gratitude into your life. It has short prompts for day and night with a few lines under each to quickly jot down your answers. It really helps you put things you are grateful for into perspective. A pertinent self help tool
Very helpful in maintaining a gratitude attitude. It all starts with yourself and tools like this journal really help with mental health and self happiness.
