Does it's job, but the lid needs a couple changes.
My 1st shaker bottle purchase. I like it, and the little ball inside does help mix things up well. I don't really like that it doesn't seal and isn't leak proof. Also, the flap on the lid touches your nose when you drink.

I love how the shaker works with all the compartments. My only complaint is the metal spiral inside as it is not seated very well and seems to warp after some time. I use this shaker 7-8 times a week.
