The media could not be loaded. The label on the out side said 750 prints, we realized it was awfully light and pealed back the label and see it it really only 250 prints. I am past the return date because it was the last one we had and the others were fine. As you can see on the video the 750 prints label was placed on top of the 250 prints label. I find this hard to believe this was accidental. I put it all back in the box and still have it waiting for instructions. I feel a refund of the difference is in order.
