Pretty good but some weak points
I've now taken this out wild camping and hiking twice, sleeping 4 nights in it.It's small, light and easy to put up. I'm 6'3" and I can fit in it, just about, with kit alongside me. Boots fit nicely in the small space at the front. It dealt with mild rain with no problems and it breathes pretty well. But, the stuff sack is hopeless. It broke on the first day. You'll need to replace it. And the floor material could be tougher, given that it's a wild camping tent. I put a small hole it in which I had to repair. I'll use a footprint from now on but that is something extra to carry.Overall I'm quite impressed. Some weaknesses but it's not an expensive tent. It will do a good job for me now, but it doesn't feel like it will stand up to years of useEDIT: 2 years later it's still holding up fine! I've wild camped 20+ nights in it, and nothing looks close to breaking. I was out in heavy rain last week and no water got through. Really good tent for the money.

Very good value stealthy lightweight 1 person bivy tent, well made.
Just bought this Geertop 1 Person Bivy Tent in the UK and it seems pretty good for the price. It cost £66-49p off Amazon UK. All the 12 Amazon UK reviews are 5 star so far. It shipped direct from china but only took 4 days to arrive. The advertised weight is 1.5Kg but mine weighed out at 1.6Kg.It has very good ventilation due the large mesh internal anti bug panels so condensation should not be a problem. I bought a cheap small groundsheet to act as a footprint and save the tent bottom from wear. The tent pegs are good being solid aluminium and look as though they won’t bend easily unlike so many provided with budget tents. Our weather is about to change from sunny to gusty with rain and I have set it up in the back garden to see how it copes over the next couple of days.I stayed in it overnight and it was very good with decent room for a bivy tent. So far I am pleased with the bivy tent, time will tell how durable it is.

Affordable lightweight tent for bikepacking and backpacking
Minimum weight for this tent was 1.55kg. Pegs are decent and could be replaced reducing weight further. Poles are aluminium, unpainted and do the job. Tent goes up easily in around 5 minutes in wind free conditions. Pitches inner first. There’s a design fault at the rear in that it would be better if the tension was produced via the flysheet guys and not the inner tent guy. There’s little point in having the inner tensioned as the fly takes the force of the wind. I’ve rectified this by using the guy provided on the inner and using the two external tapes for two further guys on the flysheet. The guy lines provided were inadequate and replaced with para cord. The whole rear double zipped flap that permits ventilation is a little over-engineered. However ventilation in the tent is good with the front of the fly having a meshed window under the guy flap. I like the clips on the fly that engage with the sockets on the inner providing a well tied down flysheet.I’m 6ft and the tent fits with room for even more kit beyond my head. The tent reminds me of the Argos Tiger Paws Pro-Action one man tent and suffers from the same problem. The flysheet door zips are under too much tension when the flysheet is pitched correctly which means zip failure could occur. Generally plenty of room for a man and kit but the tent generally lacks from any porch area for cooking. In summary, a tent well worth the money. It’s light, packs well, goes up quickly and is roomy for a one man tent. Tolerates valley wind with rain to 3 season (ish) but is not a mountain tent. Suitable for bikepacking and backpacking.

Lightest, best value backpacking tent I have found!
Takes literally minutes and is easy to both erect and dismantle. It is really light for backpacking. At 5'5", I can camp over with my rucksack in the bottom and still lay flat with room above my head. I can also sit up fully to change tops and have space above me. I love it!

I have just walked the Anglesey coastal path carrying this tent. It was lighter than my mates vango. I was warm and dry every night. She woke up with the inside of her tent set every morning. There is loads of room for a rucksack inside.
